Yesenia and Hector
My husband and I married in 2013 and the thought of starting a family so soon wasn’t in our plans because we were still very young and wanted to enjoy each other as a couple. But as a year went by we decided we would give it a try and nothing happened and after about 4 years of trying we started doing everything we could to find out what was the reason until we got across . Our physician said our only hope was IVF. The process is not easy, and the stress of financing it, was putting a big burden on us. My doctor recommended we apply for a Life Grant and when we received the call saying we had been selected for a grant, I couldn’t believe it, my husband and I just hugged each other so excited having to leave that stress behind and be able to enjoy the whole process without having to worry about that. We are so grateful for The Life Foundation and for giving us the chance to soon start a family of our own.
