Elise Heisler is a fourth year medical student at Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine, and soon-to-be OB/GYN resident. After graduating from the University of Michigan with a BS in Biopsychology, Elise completed a research fellowship at the National Institutes of Health studying the relationship between Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) and child neurodevelopment. She has been a part of the Chicago Coalition for Family Building since 2018, and continues to uphold the foundation’s mission of reducing disparities in access to infertility treatments. She serves as the medical liaison between the grant recipients and the Partner Practices. The future Dr. Heisler hopes to become a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility physician and will keep this mission in mind throughout her training.
