Nicole & Andrew met the old fashioned way- through mutual friends. They have had many wonderful adventures together, including go-kart racing and Cubs games at Wrigley field. When they decided to have a child, they were shocked to learn via genetic testing that Nicole was a carrier for a genetic disease that would not only affect her, but also potentially affect their child. As recipients of a grant through the Magnolia Tree Foundation in partnership with the Chicago Coalition for Family Building, they are excited to provide their future child the gift of a life free from this genetic disease.
