We are so thankful to have heard about the Chicago Coalition for Family Building, and to have the opportunity to apply for a grant. When we learned about Katie’s carrier status and made the decision to pursue IVF, we had serious concerns about the cost. As we look to start a family, being selected to receive a grant would be extremely helpful in allowing us to do that on solid financial ground.

Kathryn and Sean are recipients of a donated IVF cycle from our Partner Practice, Northwestern Center for Fertility and Reproductive Medicine, and welcomed their baby, Margo, to the world in January, 2022!
