Jen and Travis

Having children has always been a part of our plan. We felt beyond ready to begin a family after getting married in 2017. With us both being in our late thirties and after six months of trying to conceive (and no luck!) we decided to meet with a fertility specialist.

We knew that fertility treatment would be a great expense and that our insurance would not cover anything beyond a diagnosis and consultation. Our team of doctors and nurses at Fertility Centers of Illinois have been beyond supportive. It has been a blessing to be a part of the FCI family and now a part of the Coalition for Family Building.

As a Family Building Grant recipient, we look forward to continuing our journey in hopes of building a family.
