Anda and Forest live in Chicago, IL with their two cats, Leo and Loki, who are a huge part of their life. They love to travel, try new food spots, and do life together. A lot of their happiest moments have come from being side by side and talking about the future and the kind of family they hope to have one day. Because Anda has a rare form of muscular dystrophy and cardiomyopathy, she is not able to safely carry a child, leading them to pursue IVF and surrogacy as their path to becoming parents. They are recipients of a donated cycle through Northwestern in partnership with the Chicago Coalition for Family Building.
