Despite growing up ten country miles away from each other, Mathew and Sarah first met at Augustana College in October 2010. In the years since their first meeting, they settled proudly into our careers, him as a heavy equipment operator and her as a bedside cardiothoracic registered nurse. Six years later, they got married at St. Petri’s Lutheran Church in 2022 shortly followed by the purchase of their home in quaint Gridley, IL. Between life’s big moments, Mathew and Sarah share a mutual interest in thrifting, antique estate sales, and auctions. They are thrilled to receive the Willow Grant through the Chicago Coalition for Family Building.
