We are Molly and Carly (and our dogs, Penelope and Leonard!). Molly is from the suburbs of Chicago, while Carly is originally from Michigan. We met while working at a nonprofit providing legal and medical services to immigrant youth, and we were married in 2024.

Today, Molly works as a Registered Nurse, and Carly holds a leadership role in the nonprofit workforce development sector. We are hopeful to expand our family with the support of the Chicago Coalition for Family Building and the JUF Path to Parenthood grant. Our fertility journey has been full of ups and downs, but we remain hopeful and committed to building our family. In our professional work and in our personal lives, justice, equity, and community are core values that guide us, and we hope to instill these values in the next generation.

We are deeply grateful for this support and excited for what lies ahead. We stand in solidarity with all those navigating similar paths to parenthood and look forward to growing our family within a community that uplifts and affirms diverse families.
