Lisa and David

“My husband and I are both teachers, and we met teaching at the same school. Being teachers, we’ve always loved kids and knew that we wanted our own children. We tried to get pregnant after our first anniversary and it was a long road.”

Lisa and David were recipients of a Coalition grant and as their journey progressed, they shared, “Dr. Karande’s staff has been wonderful. We are so thankful for everything they have done. Thank you again for this opportunity. We feel so blessed already, and we are praying for a positive outcome in the weeks to come!”

Happily, they sent an update a few weeks later after their IVF cycle: “We are thrilled to be able to report that our IVF cycle was a success and we are expecting! We cannot thank the foundation enough for giving us this opportunity. It is one we never thought we would have, with an outcome we never expected. This has been an incredible gift.”

Lisa and David are recipients of a donated IVF cycle with our Partner Practice, InVia Fertility. In 2018, they were proud to welcome their daughter, Kathryn, to the world!
